Unbelievable scenes emerge as Lismore experiences flooding for the second time in a month.
Residents and business owners were not yet finished the heartbreaking task of cleaning up after the record flood hit Lismore on February 28, when a second major flood hit the town on March 31.

The earlier flood was the biggest one ever recorded in Lismore at 14.4m.
It was almost 2m higher than the 1974 flood.
The Wilson River was still at Moderate flood level on Friday afternoon, and Lismore City Council was urging people to stay out of the Lismore CBD until it was determined to be safe to return.
Parked cars, the council said, were hampering the cleanup operation.
On Friday morning, NSW Police announced the heartbreaking news the body of a woman had been found in North Lismore during the flood, and was believed to be missing aged care nurse Alina Brakel.
