A popular walking track in Goonellabah has reopened to the public after it was damaged during the flood in February.
Located on the Birdwing Butterfly Gully, the Tucki Tucki Walking Track Footbridge was severely damaged, but has now been rebuilt, providing a link across the creek to Hepburn Park.

Lismore City Council said it is one of the most popular urban walking tracks in Lismore and "is well worth a visit".
The council made a special thank you to the local Landcare group "which has beautifully regenerated the area".
Made up of patches of tropical rainforest, marsh land and open areas, the walking tracks provide
Council staff recommend you keep an eye out in the mornings and late afternoons for the resident platypuses and other wildlife.
And, remember to keep your dogs on their leash.

Entry is via Kadina St, with walkways branching off to suburban streets, and meanders to the back of Hepburn Park.
