FOOTBALL Far North Coast has announced Tursa Employment & Training will again be the principle partner for the 2022 Anzac Day Cup and Callan McMillan Memorial Shield Competitions.

"Tursa has been a long term supporter of Football Far North Coast and is acknowledged as being an outstanding corporate citizen across the broad local community," general manager Steve Mackney said.
"Football Far North Coast acknowledges the contribution that Tursa makes in supporting its 7200 participants and 24 clubs."
Ten teams will contest the men's premier league next season with the addition of Mullumbimby Brunswick Valley.
Richmond Rovers will kickstart its campaign in the Anzac Cup, after a highly successful 2021 season.
Despite being cut short due to COVID-19, they were the clear standout when the end of season awards were presented.
They were the point score champions in the men's premier and championship league.
Premier league striker Jonathon See claimed the Golden Boot award and was one of three Rovers players named in the Football Far North Coast premier league Team of the Year.
They were also awarded the club championship while Brian Bugden was named premier league Coach of the Year.
"It's a full club effort, we really bounced back this year and hopefully we can keep moving forward," club president Thomas Gough said.
"A lot of credit has to go to the players and people who volunteer every weekend.
"It all starts in January for a lot of them and they were a really committed group this season."
Rovers last won the Anzac Cup shield in 2016 while South Lismore were the champions last year.
South Lismore and Rovers have had plenty of battles with Byron Bay at the top of the ladder in recent years while Lismore Thistles were coming home with a wet sail last season.
Goonellabah is always a dark horse and were the 2020 champions.
Rovers, Byron Bay and Goonellabah are in Pool A for Anzac Cup while South Lismore and Thistles are in Pool B.

More information will be released in due course, with team nominations across the anticipated seven preseason competitions being due by February 3, in advance of the respective competitions starting on Friday evening, February 25.
