It has been an absolutely devastating couple of weeks. Catastrophic flooding overtopped Lismore's levee on February 28, destroying every low lying home in Lismore, as well as claiming four lives in Lismore.

As the the cleanup continues, the community is left to reflect on heartbreaking stories of rescue - stories that are both heroic and horrific.
