A SEASON of disruption has continued for Lismore City rugby union club after its first home game against Byron Bay was washed out on the weekend.

The Greens are now set to play an undefeated Bangalow at Alby Lofts Oval on Saturday.

City will have some match fitness heading into the clash having played three trial games and one competition game against Ballina.

Meanwhile, second grade have come out of the blocks firing after a 54-14 win over Kyogle.

They ran in 10 tries with fullback Calijah Craige and wingers Matthew Bentley and Zachary Gillett scoring two each.

The win puts them into fourth on the ladder with a big game against competition leaders Mullumbimby on Saturday.

Far North Coast rugby union has split into two divisions this season with the likes of Casino, Evans Head, Richmond Range and Yamba joining second grade.
