The free flood relief concert on Sunday isn't the only flood relief gig in town this weekend.
There are a few other events on this weekend to help raise the spirits and raise funds for the community.
The Channon Resilience Party will be held at The Channon Hall on Saturday, May 14.
The event will be held from 5-11pm and will raise funds to help reimburse costs of the self-funded hub, set up to help impacted residents after the February 28 floods hit.
Organisers say: "We all deserve a party to celebrate our amazing community's resilience. Come along for some great local music, a tasty meal, an opportunity to catch up with neighbours and friends, old and new."
It will offer an opportunity for the community to gather to discuss the recovery effort to date, and take a look at future direction.
John Paul Bell, the founder of the Clown Doctors, will MC on the night, and there will be raffles, bands, games and a circus performance by ReAct Circus.
Local musicians Mish Songsmith, The Tides, Chasin Rainbows, Queen of the Ants, and DJ Dr Optamist and Dj Toshi will entertain.
Raffle prizes include a painting of Wollumbin by local artist Carol Shipard.
Organisers will be serving up a free vegetarian dinner, there will be hot tea, coffee and chai (BYO other drinks).
Donations of cakes or desserts are welcomed.
Tickets are $2 each, or 3 for $5 from The Channon General Store.
"The fire will be going outside, and the dancefloor will be rockin'."
Hotel Metropole on Keen St is also holding a relaunch event and fundraiser on Saturday.
A Brighter Day Fundraiser is being put on by the hotel, Hasting's Co-op, and Resilient Lismore.
The gig costs $20 and the lineup features Round Mountain Girls - straight from Bluesfest, Pink Zinc, Pam Hata, Tony Kennelly, and Northern Rivers Comedians.
Former Neighbours star, actress Madeline West will MC the event.
Food will be available and a charity auction will be held at 6.30pm.
The event will run from noon until closing.
We all deserve a party to celebrate our amazing community's resilience.
