Grace Carratelli captured the now viral vision while in Mitcham Coles on April 11, 2023. The video was then shared Jacqueline Felgate on Instagram before the footage picked up a life of its own.

It may be true that Woolworths is the 'fresh food people', but honestly, this is next level!
Jokes aside though, social media users shared their concerns for the animal's welfare.
"I hope somebody helped the poor terrified creature," said one user.
"The poor little thing, trapped inside. I hope he's now safe in his own habitat," said another user.
