Christopher Frangos appeared in Ballina court on Thursday, November 16, facing three charges related to the alleged grooming of a teenager for sex.

Strike force detectives executed a search warrant at a home in Ballina on Thursday, November 16, where they arrested 35-year-old Christopher Frangos.
The Ballina man was charged with using a carriage service to groom a person under 16 for sex, using a carriage service to procure a person aged under 16 for sexual activity, and using a carriage service to send indecent material to person under 16.
Mr Frangos was represented in court by solicitor Tom Ivey, and no pleas were entered.
Bail was refused, and the matters will be heard in Ballina Local Court on January 25, 2024.
