Patrick Liedke, 39, was last seen on Monday, April 22, 2024 at Gray Street, Tweed Heads West.
When he failed to return and could not be located or contacted, officers attached to the Tweed-Byron Police District were notified and commenced enquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Patrick's welfare due to a medical condition. He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, solid build, 183cm tall with short brown hair and brown eyes.

Patrick's car was found on a property at Cobaki on Friday, April 26, 2024, but police believe it may have been there since Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
Coordinated searches of the Piggabeen and Currumbin Valley areas have been conducted and will continue today with the assistance of QLD Police, VRA, and SES.
Anyone with information about Patrick's whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. If seen, contact Triple-Zero (000) immediately.
Motorists in the area are also reminded to drive carefully near emergency service personnel and other pedestrians.
